Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) Expansion

Starting May 2025, the plan now includes Canadians aged 18 to 64 who:

  • Don’t have private dental insurance

  • Are Canadian residents for tax purposes

  • Have filed a 2024 tax return

  • Have an adjusted family net income under $90,000


Application Dates:

  • May 1: Ages 55–64

  • May 15: Ages 18–34

  • May 29: Ages 35–54


Covered Services: Exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, root canals, crowns, dentures, extractions, some surgeries, sedation/anesthesia.Orthodontics not yet covered, but may be added later in 2025 for medical needs.


Renewals: Current members must renew by June 1, 2025 to maintain benefits.
